Infant Reflux Support.
Reflux is tough with a capital ’T’. In my experience, what makes it even tougher is a lack of understanding from the medical community. If you suspect reflux, you might have been told your baby is ‘fine’, that vomiting is ‘normal’, or that all babies cry. I’m here to tell you to trust your gut. Reflux is horrible! It is also manageable and even treatable. We just need to identify what is causing it and why.
Your baby might be experiencing reflux if you’ve noticed the following:
- Feeding difficulty, including nipple pain and breast or bottle avoidance
- Vomiting/regurgitation
- History of colic
- Gas and wind discomfort/pain
- Frequent respiratory symptoms
- Mouth and body tension
- Open mouth posture
- Frequent night waking
- Discomfort lying on back
- Constipation/diarrhoea
I’ll work with you to identify the underlying cause of your baby’s reflux and an intervention plan that works for your family.

Baby reflux is not normal. It is treatable.
